The 5th All Africa Postharvest Congress and Exhibition (AAPHCE) was set to take place from 16th to 19th September 2025 at the African Union Commission Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The event has been postponed, and the new dates are yet to be announced.
The event brings together experts, stakeholders, and innovators to address critical challenges in postharvest management and food systems.
The theme for this year is “Securing the Harvest: Postharvest Management Solutions for Resilient and Inclusive Food Systems.” and looking forward to be a platform for learning, collaboration, and showcasing cutting-edge solutions to reduce food loss and waste across Africa and world.
Several PEF E-learning graduates including Dr. Vijay Yadav Tokala, President, PEF are volunteering in Technical and Organizing Committees, collaborating with experts from diverse corners of the world to make this event impactful and insightful.
